Shipping and Return Policies


United States Orders:

We currently only offer shipping to the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS, so a physical street address is required. Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-4 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Your in-stock order placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday) will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • USPS Priority Mail ExpressYour in-stock order placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday) should arrive within 1-2 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped.

Please Note:

  • Overnight and Express orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories allow 2-4 additional business days for delivery.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping dates valid for in-stock merchandise only.

30 Day Return Policy:

At Southern Collegiate Apparel, we strive to offer you the newest and very best products available. We hand select each item on our website to ensure that it is of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund the cost of the goods or exchange items within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for refundable items. You can return non-discounted, regular priced merchandise that still has all tags attached and has not been worn, washed, altered, scented, or damaged in any way. Send the item, along with your original receipt/packing slip and notes regarding refund/exchange preferences to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any packages being returned that become lost/damaged during transit on the way back to our returns department.   

We guarantee shipment of orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after being delivered to the correct address and the delivery coordinates confirmed by USPS' GPS software. 

If your package was damaged in the mail, please call Customer Service at 1-205-469-2040 or contact us via email at info@southerncollegiateapparel.com before purchasing a return shipping label. If we made a mistake on your order like sending an item not ordered or if your package was damaged in the mail, a return shipping label will be provided to you at no charge. Please send pictures of the damaged packages and items, defective items, or incorrectly shipped items.   

The returns department requests that we allow a 2-3 week turnaround time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

All Clearance and On Sale merchandise purchases are final and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
